Our food philosophy.

We have considered where your food is coming from when creating this menu. We source our produce and ingredients from South East Queensland, ethical and family owned producers to bring you a meal that is as tasty as it is good for you and good for our planet.

Most of our fruit and vegetables come from The Falls Farm, a regenerative farm just 3km down the road. What isn’t growing at the Farm is sourced from other local farms or where impossible, from distributors that are Qld family owned. Our goal is to reduce this radius as much as we can.

We will continue to share where your food is coming from and evolve the menu into one that celebrates the beautiful and diverse offering that is grown locally. From our family to yours. Welcome home.

  • The Falls Farm

Based just 3km down the road, our affiliation with this award winning regenerative farm affords us the most nutrient rich food available. The farm employs young Sunshine Coast locals who have a passion for food, the environment and quality. Sought after by the most sought after restaurants in Brisbane and Noosa, we run a restaurant supported agriculture model with the farm, which means we pay for a portion of operating expenses in exchange for a portion of all produce grown, regardless of how the season goes. This means we not only ensure the survival of the farm – rain, hail or shine – but also enable an intimate and reciprocal relationship with what is coming from the land, to inform our menu.

  • Ten Acres

Handcrafted sourdough bread made from the finest organic and sustainable Australian flour, filtered rain water, their own sourdough starter and sea salt.

Made from scratch, Ten Acres harness the naturally occurring wild yeasts in the flour and slowly ferment their dough using age-old methods. This produces the best tasting, healthiest and most nutritious sourdough possible. This sourdough contains no added yeast, bread improvers or additives and is free from chemicals.

Ten Acres have a truly regenerative ethos, with big dreams of feeding people good wholesome slow food through their family business and farm.
